In certain code language, ‘DID’ is coded as ‘494’, ‘DEAR’ is coded as ‘4518’ and ‘BENT’ is coded as ‘2540’. How will ‘FOR’ be coded in that language?

Solution

So The given alphabets is numbered as DID-494, DEAR -4518, BENT - 2540 .
Hence FOR is numbered as 658

The numbering is according to Alphabet Numbering, So FOR is F-6, O-15 but will take 5, R-18 will take 8. so the Answer is FOR-658.
Hence Option D is the correct answer.
