Solution
Let C and D start cycling from their fitness club S. C (red) rides 1 km West up until T, then turns to his left and rides 5 km to reach U. In the meanwhile D (black) rides 3 km South, then turns West and rides 7 km to reach Q, then turns to his left and rides 2 km southwards to stop at point P.
=> PU = $$7-1=6$$ km
$$\therefore$$ C is 6 km east with respect to D.
=> Ans - (C)
