Solution

The square of the number of the letters with in the word is done to obtain the code.

ENJOY ==> $$5^2$$ = 25

DOCTOR ==> $$6^2$$ = 36

MILLION ==> $$7^2$$ = 49

So 'MILLION' will be coded as '49' in that language.
