186 $$\div$$ 17 + 104 - 12 $$\times$$ 3 = 16

Given Equation : 186 $$\div$$ 17 + 104 - 12 $$\times$$ 3 = 16

Two digit have been interchanged to balanced the equation.

We will go option wise , 

Option A :  2 and 7 

then, 

$$186\div12+104-17\times3=16$$

By solving, we get ;

$$68.5\ne\ 16$$

Option B : 8 and 3 

$$136\div17+104-12\times8=16$$

$$16=16$$

Hence, Option B is correct.
