Let the luxury yatch starts from the port S and sails 35 miles West to reach T, then it turns North and sails 10 miles up until U, then it turns East and sails 20 miles to reach V, finally it turns to its right and sails 10 miles southwards to stop at point W.
=> SW = $$35-20=15$$ miles
$$\therefore$$ It is 15 miles west with respect to the port from where it started.
