II. Some vitamins are vegetables.
III. No vitamin is plant.

Here from the above Venn diagram it is clear that conclusion 1 i.e; some vitamins are plants and conclusion 2 i.e; some vitamins are vegetables are true but not conclusion 3. So, option C is the correct answer.
