After excluding stoppages, the speed of a bus is 60 kmph and after including stoppages, it is 45 kmph. For how many minutes does the bus stop per hour?

In 1 hour the bus can travel 60km without including stoppages

To travel 1km it took 1min

In 1 hour the bus can travel 45km including stoppages

difference  = 15kms 

so it stopped for 15mins in 1hr.

so the answer is option D.
