I. $$10x^2 + 11x + 1 =0$$
II. $$15y^2 + 8y + 1 = 0$$

Solution

$$10x^2+11x+1 = 0$$
$$(10x+1)(x+1) = 0$$
$$x = -1, -\frac{1}{10}$$

$$15y^2+8y+1 = 0$$
$$(5y+1)(3y+1) = 0$$
$$y = -\frac{1}{5}, -\frac{1}{3}$$
