The pattern followed is that the product of the numbers is subtracted from the sum of the numbers.
Eg : 5 Θ 3 = $$(5+3)-(5\times3)=8-15=-7$$
and 3 Θ 7 = $$(3+7)-(3\times7)=10-21=-11$$
Similarly, 7 Θ 11 = $$(7+11)-(7\times11)=18-77=-59$$
