By mdh formula,

m1d1h1 = m2d2h2

$$\Rightarrow 4m \times 15 = 8w \times 15$$

$$\Rightarrow$$ 1 men = 2 women

By mdh formula,

(6m+ 12w) $$\times days = 4m \times$$ 15

$$\Rightarrow (6m+ 6m) \times days = 4m \times$$ 15

$$\Rightarrow$$ days = 5
