Let the total number of cars sold = $$x$$

$$\Rightarrow$$ (5/100) x (75/360) x $$x$$ = 750

$$\Rightarrow$$ (1/20) x (1/360) x $$x$$ = 10

$$\Rightarrow$$ $$x$$ = 72,000

Average number of cars = (72,000 / 5)

= 14,400

Hence, option B is the correct answer.
