According to ques, $$\div$$ <=> $$\times$$ and $$+$$ <=> $$-$$ and thus the option changes to :

(A) : $$16-19\div21+5=201$$

L.H.S. = $$21-0.9=20.1\neq$$ R.H.S.

(B) : $$5\div6-4\times3=\frac{37}{6}$$

L.H.S. = $$\frac{5}{6}-12=\frac{-67}{6}\neq$$ R.H.S.

(C) : $$6\div3-12\times3=21$$

L.H.S. = $$2-36=-34\neq$$ R.H.S.

(D) : $$18\div6\times8+12=36$$

L.H.S. = $$3\times8+12=36=$$ R.H.S.
