it is given that

$$\frac{5}{100} \times A + \frac{4}{100} \times B$$ = $$\frac{2}{3} \times (\frac{6}{100} \times A +\frac{8}{100} \times B)$$

$$\frac{A}{100}$$ = $$\frac{4B}{300}$$

$$\frac{A}{B}$$ = $$\frac{4}{3}$$
