A and B together can complete a work in 3 days. They start together but, after 2 days, B left the work. If the work is completed after 2 more days, B alone could do the work in
A and B complete a work in 3 days so in 1 day they do $$\frac{1}{3}$$ amount of work.
So in 2 days $$\frac{2}{3}$$ amount of work is done and $$\frac{1}{3}$$ work is left which is done by A in two days
Hence A does $$\frac{1}{6}$$ amount of work in a day and also B does $$\frac{1}{6}$$ amount of work in a day.
So B will do unit work in 6 days.
