Solution
Total shares = 6,00,000
Original shares with Dhiraj = $$\frac{20}{100} \times 600000 = 1,20,000$$
If Chinmay offers to sell 15,000 of his shares to Dhiraj,
=> Shares with Dhiraj = 1,20,000 + 15,000 = 1,35,000
