MAH MBA CET 2024: Exam Strategy

As there is no sectional time limit so candidates can attempt the paper in any order they want. Its worth noting that since there are 200 questions and 150 minutes of time duration , there is less than a minute for each question. So this is a game of speed, agility and accuracy. Moreover since there are five options for each question, candidates should devise a strategy of option elimination by deploying techniques of approximation and substitution. With limited time and so many questions to attempt , candidates are advised to play on their strengths and attempt the section first which they are most confident about.

Let's have a look into the key aspects of each section:

Logical Reasoning: This section gauges the candidate's ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Questions may include puzzles, seating arrangement problems, and analytical reasoning, testing the logical acumen of the aspirant.

Abstract Reasoning: The abstract reasoning section evaluates a candidate's non-verbal reasoning skills. It includes questions related to image-based reasoning, series completion, and pattern identification, assessing the individual's ability to solve problems without relying on language.

Quantitative Aptitude: Quantitative Aptitude remains a important section, focusing on assessing the mathematical and analytical skills of the candidates. The questions may cover topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation, challenging aspirants to showcase their quantitative acumen.

Verbal Ability/Reading Comprehension: This section tests the candidate's proficiency in the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. It evaluates the aspirant's ability to understand passages, draw inferences, and comprehend complex written material.
