MBA/PGDM
MBA or PGDM the flagship program of IIM-C is a two year full-time program for the students with campus residence. This holistic program covers the core business domains- Finance, marketing, operations and human resources. It assists students in becoming excellent general managers and high level decision makers. It follows a two-tier structure, one, the core curriculum with compulsory credit and non-credit courses along with a summer internship. And second, the elective courses offered in second year. Ph.D. or Doctoral Programme
IIM- C provides a full-time residential doctoral programme that offers students opportunities for advanced studies and research in different specializations related to Management Science. It allows them to advance their careers as teachers or researchers in management studies.The Doctoral Program has two streams :
- The Doctoral Programme in Management which includes specializations such as - Economics, Finance & Control, Management Information Systems, Marketing , Operations Management etc.
- The Doctoral Programme in Disciplines Related to Management with specializations in Operations Research& System Analysis, Regional Development and Sociology.
IIM Calcutta: Fee Structure
The fee structure for the general MBA program offered by IIM Calcutta is as follows:
Programme fee for the academic year 2024-26 will be Indian Rupees 27,00,000/- (non-refundable) which can be paid in four installments.
- Payment of (commitment fee) at the time of acceptance of the admission offer.
- Payment of Indian Rupees (second installment) Furthermore Rs 60,000/- is to be paid as security deposit by Demand Draft/ Pay order favouring Indian Institute of Management Calcutta along with the second installment. (This amount will be refunded on completion of the programme after necessary adjustments of dues, if any).
- Payment of Indian Rupees by 21 July, 2024 (third installment)
- Payment of Indian Rupees by 24 November, 2024 (fourth installment)
This amount includes tuition fees and cost of course material, books, accommodation, economy airfare and some incidental expenses of the immersion programme organized by IIMC. Charges for food and electricity are not included in the fees.
