Let's number the designs from top to bottom as 1,2,3,4 of first problem figure. Now the topmost and bottom-most figure will exchange their position and the remaining 2 figure will also exchange their position. Now the topmost design will come to the bottom and remaining figures will shift their positions one upward. Now for 3rd to 4th figure, pattern of first to second figure will be followed and hence, answer will be E
