Percentage change in number of parked cars during :

(C) : 8 am to 9 am = $$\frac{138-14}{14}\times100$$ = 885.71% [MAX]

(D) : 6 am to 7 am = $$\frac{152-35}{152}\times100$$ = 76.97%
