Solution

Total expenditure on Education = 1530+2730 + 5890 + 7860 + 13360 + 25240 = 56610

Total expenditure on health = 980 + 2140 + 2260 + 3370 + 7610 + 18210 = 34570

Difference = 56610 - 34570 = 22040 million = 22040000000.

Option C is the right answer.
