Lets Make two lines and plot all the instructions.

a) E is not at the end of any row.

- It means E will not corner. E will be at Middle of any of the line.

b) D is second to the left of F.

c) C, the neighbor of E is sitting diagonally opposite to D.

d) B is the neighbor of F.

e) Remaining Alphabet is A.

Hence B is facing E.
