Total time between 10 pm to 6 am = 8 hours
% time spent on dreaming and Extremely sleeping = 5 + 5 = 10%
=> Time spent on dreaming or extremely sleeping = $$\frac{10}{100} \times 8$$
= $$\frac{8}{10} = 0.8$$ hours
