to divide that no it should be divided by 4 and 11 both

  1. for divisibility by 4 the last two digit will be divided by 4 the last digit is 2 so y will be 3 ,5 ,7 and 9
  2. but for divisibility by 11 the sum of odd digit places no - sum of even digit place no will be 0 or divisible by 11
  3. y = 7 and x=0 then only this no will be divisible by 44
  4. x+y=; 7+0=7
