From the graph,

Total number of students in all grades = 20000+15000+12000+22000+8000+18000+14000+9000+10000+12000 = 140000

Number of students in School D = $$\frac{25}{100}\times140000=35000$$

Given, ratio of boys to girls in School D = 3:1

Number of boys in School D = $$\frac{3}{3+1}\times35000=\frac{3}{4}\times\ 35000=26250$$

Hence, the correct answer is Option C
