Budget estimated on clothing = $$\frac{8}{100} \times 32000$$ = 2560
Budget estimated on grocery = $$\frac{20}{100} \times 32000$$ = 6400
Total = 2560 + 6400 = 8960

Total % sum on clothing and grocery = 8+20 = 28%
Estimated budget on both = $$\frac{28}{100} \times 32000$$ = 8960
