Arguments:
I. Yes, it weakens the human system.
II. No, the comfort cannot be forsaken.

Solution

Overuse of air conditioners is harmful for human system is a strong argument. It weakens human system is also correct. So argument I is strong. But argument II opposes the argument I. So argument II is weak.
