Question 65

He was so tired that he can barely keeping his eyes open while driving.

Solution

Tense inconsistency. The sentence is set in past tense. So use of can is wrong which should be replaced by could. Similarly, using present participle form of keep is wrong. It should be replaced by keep. B removes all the errors.
