let the marked price of the watch be MP. So the selling price = .85 MP
Profit = .85 MP - CP
If the discount = 20%, selling price = .8 MP
Profit = .8 MP - CP
But (.85MP - CP) - (.8MP - CP) = 51
So, .05 MP = 51
or MP = 1020
