Number of faculty members = 250

Number of females = $$\frac{80}{100} \times 250 = 200$$

Total assistant professors = $$\frac{40}{100} \times 250 = 100$$

Female assistant professors = $$\frac{3}{4} \times 100 = 75$$

=> Total female professors who are associate professor or professor = $$200 - 75 = 125$$

$$\therefore$$ Required % = $$\frac{125}{200} \times 100 = 62.5 \%$$
