In the first column 16, 18, 20, and 22 which are having a difference of 2.

In the second column 17, 19, and 21 which are having a difference of 2. So the number in place of the first question mark will be 23.

In the third column 23, 26 and 29 which are having a difference of 3. So the number in place of the second question mark will be 32.
