Question 40

If 2%1 = 30, 6%2 = 80 and 2%5 = 70, then find the value of 4%1 = ?

Solution

Given : 2%1 = 30, 6%2 = 80 and 2%5 = 70

If we replace '%' with '+', and multiply the sum by 10, we get the desired result.

Eg :- $$(2+1)\times10=30$$

and $$(6+2)\times10=80$$ and $$(2+5)\times10=70$$

Similarly, $$(4+1)\times10=50$$

=> Ans - (B)
