From the given option (A),(C), (D) is to follow the same pattern  First two digit  Multiply by 2  +1 find last two-digit number 

(A) 19,39  

$$ 19,19\times 2 +1 $$

$$\Rightarrow19, 39 $$

(C) 68, 137

$$ 68, 68\times 2+1 $$

$$\Rightarrow 68, 137 $$

(D) 37,75

$$ 37, 37 \times 2 +1 $$

$$\Rightarrow 37, 75 $$

But B is not follow the above Pattern 

(B)25, 53

$$ 25, 25\times 2+1 $$

$$\Rightarrow 25, 52 $$ it is different from the another option 

therefore Option (B) 25,53 Ans
