$$\frac{6^2}{2}=\frac{36}{2}=18$$

$$\frac{18^2}{2}=\frac{324}{2}=162$$

Second number is the half of the square of the first number

Third number is the half of the square of the second number

Similarly,

$$\frac{4^2}{2}=\frac{16}{2}=8$$

$$\frac{8^2}{2}=\frac{64}{2}=32$$

$$\therefore\ $$(4, 8, 32) are related in the same way (6, 18, 162) are related

Hence, the correct answer is Option A
