First, each of the letters within the word is changed to its immediately succeeding letter. After that, all the letters will be reversed within the word(For example : the letter from the left end will be placed on the right end.).

ROPED ==> (R+1) (O+1) (P+1) (E+1) (D+1) ==> SPQFE ==> EFQPS
