then $$ 3 \times 2 + 14 \times 2 = 6+28 = 34 $$

same as second column

$$ 18 \times 2 + 13\times 2 = 36+ 26 = 62 $$

in third column

$$ 27 \times 2 + 2 \times ? = 98 $$

$$?\times 2 = 98 -54 $$

$$\Rightarrow ? \times 2= 44$$

$$\Rightarrow ? = 22 $$ Ans
