In the following question, Select the number which can be placed at the sign of question mark (?) from the given alternatives.

Solution

The pattern followed is that the middle number is the square of sum of the digits at the vertices.

Eg :- $$(2+3+4)^2=(9)^2=81$$

and $$(7+2+1)^2=(10)^2=100$$

Similarly, $$(9+2+1)^2=(12)^2=144$$

=> Ans - (D)
