Position of Punjab's bus from right end = 19th
=> Position of Raftaar's bus from right end = 19 + 23 = 42nd
Since, Raftaar's bus is also at the centre, => Number of buses between Raftaar bus and bus standing at the left end (eliminating these two buses)
