According to the question, 21st May is Sunday

Number of days left in May = $$31-21=10$$

Similarly, odd days from 21st May till 14th November = $$(10+30+31+31+30+31+14)\%7$$

= $$3+2+3+3+2+3+0=16$$

Now, dividing 16 by 7, remainder = 2

Thus, day on 14th November = Sunday (+2) = Tuesday

=> Ans - (A)
