Total qualified candidates from state Q in 2008,2009 and 2010 together = 3*210 = 630
No. of qualified candidates in 2008 = (60/100)*280 = 168
No. of qualified candidates in 2009 = (50/100)*550 = 275
No. of qualified candidates in 2010 = 630-(168+275)
= 630 - 443 = 187
