Given that 10 : 142 :: 17 : 359 :: 21 : ?

The Pattern follows $$x :( x+2)^2 -2 $$

$$ 10 : (10 +2)^2 -2 $$

$$\Rightarrow (12)^2 - 2 = 144-2 = 142 $$

therefore 10: 142

$$ 17: (17+2)^2 -2 $$

$$\Rightarrow (19)^2-2 = 361 -2 = 359 $$

therefore 17: 359

Next $$ ? = (21+2)^2 - 2 $$

$$\Rightarrow ? = (23)^2 - 2 = 529 -2 = 527$$

therefore 21 : 527

? = 527 Ans
