In the following question, select the number which can be placed at the sign of question mark (?) from the given alternatives.

Solution

Fourth number = first number $$\times$$ second number - third number

Row 1 :

Fourth number = $$5\times9 - 6$$ = 45-6 = 39

Row 2 :

Fourth number = $$3\times11 - 7$$ = 33-7 = 26
Row 3 :

Fourth number = $$8\times5 - 4$$ = 40-4 = 36

Hence 36 will come in place of question mark.
