$$\frac{410}{2}+5\ =\ 205+5\ =\ 210$$

$$\frac{210}{2}+5\ =\ 105+5\ =\ 110$$

$$\frac{110}{2}+5\ =\ 55+5\ =\ 60$$

$$\frac{60}{2}+5\ =\ 30+5\ =\ 35$$

$$\frac{35}{2}+5\ =\ 17.5+5\ =\ 22.5$$

So 22.5 will come in place of the question mark.
