Difference between consecutive numbers have been taken.

$$14-7=7,\ 33-14=19,\ 70-33=37\ and\ 131-70=61\ .$$

again, these 7,19,37,61 are also in a series in following manner.

$$19-7=12,\ 37-19=18,\ 61-37=24.$$

So, next number will be added by 30 to 61(which will be 91). And it will be added to 131.

So, required number is $$=131+61+30=222.$$

option D is correct.
