Number of students who scored :

40 and above = 18

30 and above = 41 - 18 = 23

20 and above = 69 - 41 = 28

10 and above = 88 - 69 = 19

0 and above = 100 - 88 = 12

=> Students who have scored marks 20 or more but less than 40 = 28 + 23 = 51
