The elements are replaced by adding 13 letters to the diagonal elements.
Eg : A (+13 letters) = N

M (+13 letters) = Z
Similarly, FLMO (+13 letters) = SYZB
Since, the diagonal elements are replaced, we will reverse it = BZYS
