F is third to the right of B and H is third to the left of B.
A is third to the left of H and C is fourth to the left of A, => C is to the immediate right of H.
Also, D is not a neighbor of A and E is third to the right of D, => D is sitting to the immediate left of H and E is sitting between B and C.
The vacant position between A and B is filled by G. The arrangement :
B is sitting opposite to D, thus B is both fourth to the left and and fourth to the right of D.
