Solution

The terms in the series are 17 + (17+19) + (17+19+17) + (17+19+17+15) + ( 17+19+15+15) + (17+19+15+13+11) .
Each term adds the odd number which precedes the one added to the previous term, except for the fifth term.
The correct sequence would be 17,36,53,68,81,92.
Hence Option C is the correct answer.
