Conclusions:

II.$$V \bigstar R$$

IV.M % D
$$R \bigstar K$$ which means R is smaller than K
K % D which means K is greater than D
D @ V which means D is equal to V
$$V \delta M$$ which means V is smaller than or equal to D.
We can conclude that M is greater than or equal to D.
Either III or IV is correct conclusion.
