Number of unemployed youths in State D in :

2005 = $$\frac{10}{100} * 24$$ = 2.4 lakh

2006 = $$\frac{8}{100} * 30$$ = 2.4 lakh

=> Required ratio = $$\frac{2.4}{2.4}$$ = 1 : 1
