II.$$ {y^2}$$ = 3136
I. $$x = \sqrt {3136} $$
=> $$x = 56$$
II.$$ {y^2} = 3136$$
=> $$y = \sqrt{3136} = \pm 56$$
$$\therefore x \geq y$$
